Our Commitment
We offer a 7-day refund window for eligible purchases. If you're not satisfied with our premium services within this period, you may request a full refund subject to the conditions outlined below.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:
Request Within 7 Days
Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Limited Feature Usage
You must not have utilized more than 10% of the premium features. This includes viewing contact details, sending messages to less than 5 profiles, etc.
Account in Good Standing
Your account must not have any violations of our Terms and Conditions. Accounts suspended for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
First-Time Refund Request
Refunds are limited to one per user. If you have previously received a refund, subsequent purchases are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases and situations are NOT eligible for refunds:
Profile Boost
One-time profile boost purchases are non-refundable once activated
Special Promotions
Discounted or promotional purchases are final and non-refundable
Expired Subscriptions
Subscriptions that have already expired cannot be refunded
Violated Accounts
Accounts suspended for terms violations are not eligible
Contact Credits
Individual contact view credits once used are non-refundable
Assisted Service
Personalized matchmaking assistance is non-refundable once started
How to Request a Refund
Follow these simple steps to request a refund:
Log into Your Account
Sign in to your An-Nikah account using your registered email and password.
Navigate to Help Center
Go to Settings → Help & Support → Refund Request or contact us directly.
Submit Refund Request
Fill out the refund request form with your order details, reason for refund, and any supporting information.
Await Review
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and notify you via email about the decision.
Receive Refund
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: Processing times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to bank processing delays. You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Subscription Cancellation
Auto-Renewal Cancellation
If you have an active subscription with auto-renewal enabled, you can cancel it at any time:
Before Renewal
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
After Cancellation
You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Plan
- Click on "Cancel Auto-Renewal"
- Confirm your cancellation
- You'll receive a confirmation email
Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may arise. The following cases may be considered for refunds outside our standard policy:
Successful Match
If you find your life partner through An-Nikah and wish to discontinue, we may offer a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Please share your success story with us!
Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using our services and our support team is unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Bereavement
In the unfortunate event of a death in the family that affects your ability to continue the search, please contact our support team for compassionate consideration.
Duplicate Charges
If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase, we will immediately refund all duplicate charges upon verification.
